About meI have over five years of experience in the industry, specializing in Design Systems and UX/UI. I love transforming complex challenges into simple solutions through great digital products.
As a human-centered designer, I apply research techniques to create user and client-focused projects. My expertise lies in UX and UI, with a deep focus on Design Systems. Over the past five years, I've guided a Design System from its early stages to full maturity, developing strong skills in systems thinking, tokens, pattern alignment, internationalization, and accessibility.
On a personal note, I find great joy in caring for my houseplants. I often visit my favorite plant shop in Dublin's city centre or take long walks and hikes in my home county of Laois with my sister's dog, Rosie. I'm also proud to be first aid certified—a skill that enables me to help others when needed.

Trip Manager
An innovative, first-to-market travel app that enables travelers to manage, personalise, and purchase trip extras independently.
I led initiatives to create new revenue streams for Travelport and travel agents by developing a streamlined self-booking experience for travelers.
Additionally, I crafted a vision for modernising the platform's usability, accessibility, internationalisation, and visual design—which will enter development soon.
Trip Quote (Smartpoint)
Trip Quote, part of Travelport's Smartpoint product, enables travel agents to send quotes, communicate with travelers, and help book their perfect trips.
Atlas is Travelports’ Design System. Atlas supports all products within the Travelport digital offerings. Over the five-year period on the team, I was a prominent player in key pieces of work, including:
Tokens and implementing a new modern token structure
Building atomic components and advocating for atomic design
Mentoring interns and junior designers/developers
Maintaining and advocating for high accessibility standards throughout Atlas and other Travelport products
Knowledge sharing and supporting other designers in creating their local libraries
Researching best practices and design patterns
Creating spaces for knowledge sharing through the Atlas guild for the design and engineering teams to connect to the systems team
